What is crystal and gemstone?
The difference between crystal and gem is that a crystal is made up of atoms or ions arranged in a definite order and a definite structure while a gem is a mineral that is very precious and occurs only in a limited geographical area. A crystal may be called a gem while a gem would not be called a crystal.
Can crystal or gemstone cause harm?
Some gemstones are rumored to bring negative things into your life, may cause you harm, mentally, emotionally, even physically.
Truth is that a gemstone won’t hurt you. Not even from a Vedic Gemology point of view. Crystals are not out to get you and make your miserable.
Most crystals have the ability to affect your electromagnetic field and are doing this in a repairing harmonizing way. In general it’s not a gemstones mission to destruct an intact structure.
Do you provide shipment service?
We won't be providing including shipment service at the moment. However if you need the selected item be delivered to your doorstep, feel free to contact us to make the arrangement. Please note that the delivery cost will be chargeable to you.
What are the payment options?
At the moment, we only support online transfer, paynow, paylah, can be accepted only for onsite collection.
What is your return policy?
We regret to inform you that all returns and cancellations are not applicable. If you have any issues with your order, kindly contact us at thetrovecrystal@gmail.com.
Do you offer gift cards?
No. As this is limited stock sales page, once all stocks are cleared, we will not be operating anymore.
